Once an Admin user has enabled the HubSpot integration for your Walnut account, you can connect your published demo to a HubSpot deal. Connecting a demo to an opportunity or deal allows you to:
- Track Walnut Data in HubSpot:
View demos data & engagement per deal to get a full picture of your deal's progress. - Place Demos in the Right Stage:
Match your Walnut demos to your customer lifecycles, and direct sellers when to use each demo. -
Organize Your Demo Library:
Locate your demo in your Walnut Demo Library by using your CRM data.
You can connect a demo to a deal when publishing the demo through the Walnut Launcher, or directly through the Walnut Demo Library.
Connecting a Demo to a Deal Via the Launcher
Select the demo in your library and click .
The demo launcher will open and from there press Create New Demo.
Give your demo a name and then select the CRM you wish to connect to.
With the CRM connected, you will be able to look up specific deals and opportunities. Link the demo to the desired deal and then continue to Demo Preferences!

- Once the demo connected with the deal is viewed, you will see new activity in HubSpot.
- In HubSpot, navigate to the relevant deal you connected to. Then filter to the Walnut Demo Activity.
- For each new activity, you'll see the following engagement data:
