Key Features
- Dynamic section types that support a wide range of media—including Walnut demos, PDFs, videos, Google Docs, and custom embed code—to create a flexible, content-rich experience.
- Full-width embedding capabilities for documents, external data dashboards, and custom embeds via code snippets.
- Seamless integration with Office 365—embed Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly.
- Flexible section management: easily add, remove, duplicate, or customize pre-built layout sections.
Quick Start Guide
1 - Click the New button in the Walnut Library and select Playlists.
2 - Under Choose Your Layout, select either the Sales Hub or Customer Hub layout to get started.
3 - If you see an Add-on icon and a Request Upgrade button on the layouts, this feature isn’t currently enabled for your Walnut account. To activate it, please reach out to your Walnut Customer Success Manager or request an upgrade here.

Sales Hub Layout
The Sales Hub is a powerful, flexible layout built to drive pre-sales engagement. Designed to support Solution Consultants and Sales Engineers, it enables the creation of tailored, product-led narratives that highlight value through interactive demos, technical overviews, success stories, and competitive differentiators.

Leveraging the existing Playlist feature, pre-sales teams can craft reusable, modular templates that combine videos, PDFs, and embedded content to tell compelling, data-backed stories. With full support for Office 365 and external tools like Mixpanel and Tableau, the Sales Hub helps teams deliver branded, high-impact experiences that accelerate deal cycles and build buyer confidence.

Customer Hub Layout
The Customer Hub is a new post-sales layout designed to help Customer Success teams deliver engaging, product-led Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Built on the existing Playlist feature, it enables the creation of structured yet flexible templates that showcase product usage data, success metrics, and growth opportunities through a mix of interactive demos, videos, PDFs, and embedded dashboards.
