Want to be on top of your deals? Want to speed up your deals but you’re not sure how? Consider adding the ability to be notified in real-time about who is viewing your demo. By turning on demo notifications, you can get a better idea of how engaging your demo is, and use it within your sales strategy for follow up conversations and check-ins. Want to start getting notified of your demo views? Follow the steps below to try it out!

From the demo home page, hover over the demo you want to get notified for.

Click on the “Share Demo” button.
- In the pop up screen, click on Prospect communication.
- Enable the feature by turning the first toggle on.
- You can also add other members to receive notifications by clicking on 'Manage members getting notifications.'
FAQs
Who will be notified?
Once you enable the feature, the demo creator is the one who would receive a notification. Unless other members have also been added to receiving notifications, then everyone listed under "Members getting notifications" will receive a notification.
How do I turn off this feature?
Simply follow the steps above, instead of toggling on - toggle off.
