Updated Oct 15, 2026

March 2026

March brought a way to build a screen once and use it in every template, a new version of the ZoomInfo integration, and more control over guide text in AI Mode. Some of the work we finished in March, including offline Playlists, undo in AI Mode and folders in the Resource Hub, is covered in the April 2026 post.

Here's what we shipped this month 👇

  • ZoomInfo V2 for identifying viewer companies
  • AI Mode: style, search and clean up guide text from the chat
  • Duplicate a template and keep its translations
  • A lighter "How will you use this demo?" prompt
  • Admin controls: seat limits on invites and targeted integration emails
  • Playback and Playlist fixes

Screens in the Resource Hub: Edit Once, Update Every Template

The same screen often appears in many templates, such as a dashboard or a login page. When the product changed, each copy had to be updated by hand.

Now you can keep a screen in the Resource Hub and connect templates to it.

What you can do:

  • Capture screens from your product, or import existing ones, straight into the Resource Hub
  • Add a connected screen from the Resource Hub to a template's flow
  • Edit the source screen once and have the change reach every template connected to it
  • Disconnect a screen in a template from its source when that template needs its own version
  • Promote a screen you built inside a template to a source screen, so other templates can reuse it

The result:

Edit once and keep every template in sync, with no more updating the same screen in multiple places.

ZoomInfo V2 for Identifying Viewer Companies

Walnut Uncover identifies the company behind an anonymous viewer from their IP address, using a data provider you connect.

A new version of the ZoomInfo integration is now available on the Integrations page. It looks up the viewer's IP address in ZoomInfo and attributes the session to the company's website domain.

The result:

More anonymous sessions arrive in Insights with a company attached.

AI Mode: Style, Search and Clean Up Guide Text From the Chat

Editing guide text in AI Mode arrived in February. In March it went further, and AI Mode became the single place for AI editing in the editor: the older "Edit with GenAI" sidebar was retired.

What you can do:

  • Find and replace text across every guide in a template in one request
  • Restyle guide text by asking: font color, font size, bold, italic, underline and alignment
  • Add content to guide text, such as appending text, adding an image at the top, or adding, replacing or removing a table
  • Reposition one guide step, a whole guide, or every annotation at once
  • Ask AI Mode to remove specific changes on a screen, such as a stale link or an unwanted text change, without undoing the whole conversation

The result:

Guide copy and styling that used to take a pass through every step now takes one request.

Duplicate a Template and Keep Its Translations

Duplicating a translated template used to re-translate every guide from scratch, which was slow on large templates and could replace wording you had corrected by hand.

Now the copy carries its translations across as they are.

What you can do:

  • Duplicate a template with translated guides and get the same languages in the copy
  • Keep manual translation fixes you made in the original
  • Duplicate large templates without long waits

The result:

A copy is ready to share in every language the original already supported.

A Lighter "How Will You Use This Demo?" Prompt

Opening a new demo used to put a "How will you use this demo?" popup in front of the editor before you could start.

Now it appears as a tooltip you can answer or dismiss, and the editor stays in reach.

The result:

You get straight to building, and answer the question when it suits you.

Admin Controls: Seat Limits on Invites and Targeted Integration Emails

Two changes for Account owners and Company admins.

What's new:

  • Seat limits apply to invites. Inviting a new member checks your plan's seat limit first, so an invite can't take you over it. Members created through SSO provisioning aren't affected.
  • Integration status emails go to the right people. Emails about an integration changing state, such as a disconnection, now go only to Account owners and Company admins, rather than to everyone in the company.

The result:

Seat counts stay within your plan, and integration alerts reach the people who can act on them.

Playback and Playlist Fixes

What's improved:

  • Guides set to autoplay no longer stop partway through a demo
  • On iPhone and iPad, voice over keeps playing automatically past the second screen
  • Copying a Playlist keeps the card layout of its list sections

The result:

Demos and Playlists play the way you built them, on every device.

More Innovation Ahead

Several of the features we worked on in March reached you in April, including offline Playlists, undo in AI Mode and folders in the Resource Hub. Read about them in the April 2026 post. 💜
