What you can do:
- Set tone, terminology, product names and do's and don'ts once for your whole team
- Apply Brand Voice when generating any guide instantly
- Ship guides faster with less time editing AI output
The result: Guides that sound like your brand from the very first draft. Less editing, faster publishing, consistent voice across every demo your team creates.

Deal Rooms and Playlists: UX Upgradesโ
A wide-ranging update to editing, branding and organization, covering things that were overdue and things customers asked for directly.
What's new:
- Rich-text editing with bullet lists, numbered lists and adjustable line spacing
- Interactive checklists buyers can tick off directly in the Deal Room
- Card image style options for gallery and carousel cards with control over how many cards show per row
- Inline viewing for Office files (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) without downloading
- Two-logo banner for co-branded Deal Room headers
- Duplicate a Deal Room tab in one click
What's improved:
- Edits save automatically in the background
- Deal Room tabs and the Mutual Action Plan panel now follow your brand colors and spacing
- Browser tab shows the asset name and favicon
The result: Less time managing the room, more time closing the deal.
Playlist Selection Controls: Set the Default, Skip the Togglingโ
Shared Playlists previously opened with a fixed default, leaving buyers to manually select or deselect items before engaging with the content.
Now you control exactly how your Playlist opens, and buyers get a one-click way to select or deselect everything.
What you can do:
- Set a per-Playlist default: open with all items selected or none
- Give buyers a one-click select-all / deselect-all control
- Set an account-wide default in Company Settings for all new Playlists
The result: Buyers see your Playlist exactly as you intended from the first click.

Content Library: Now Up to 95% Faster to Loadโ
Large or shared Content Libraries load faster regardless of volume.
A fix to how the library handles access-control queries means those same libraries now open in well under a second.
What changed:
ยท Library load time reduced by up to 95% for large and shared libraries ยท Move-to-folder dialog opens faster
The result: No more waiting on your library. Whether your team has 50 demos or 5,000, the Content Library now keeps pace.
