Organize pages in playlists and deal rooms
Multi-page playlists and deal rooms let you split content across pages. This article covers how viewers move between those pages, and how you duplicate pages and move content between them while you build.

Applies to: Deal rooms and multi-page playlists (Sales Hub, Customer Hub, and Content Hub). Choose Your Own Adventure playlists don't have pages.
Location: Playlist or deal room editor → Settings (gear icon in the top bar) → Page navigation
Choose tabs or side navigation​
Pick how viewers move between pages:

- Open the playlist or deal room in the editor.
- Click the gear icon in the top bar to open Settings.
- Under Page navigation, choose Tabs or Side navigation.
Good to know:
- On narrow screens, such as phones, viewers always get the tab row, whichever option you choose.
- Page navigation only appears once there's more than one page.
- With Side navigation in a deal room, the Mutual Action Plan, Updates, and Comments buttons move into the top bar.
- With Side navigation, add a page with the Add page button. With Tabs, use the + icon in the tab row.
- When you copy a playlist or deal room, the copy keeps the navigation style.
Manage pages from the page menu​
Open the ⋯ menu on a page in the tab row or side list:
- Rename Page
- Duplicate Page: copies the page and everything on it.
- Hide Page / Show Page: hides the page from viewers without deleting it. At least one page must stay visible.
- Delete Page: if the page has content, Walnut asks you to confirm. Deleting a page can't be undone.
- Gate page (deal rooms only): limits the page to specific, verified viewers. See Control who can see each page in a Deal Room.
To reorder pages, drag them in the tab row or side list.
Drag content between sections and pages​
You can drag content items, such as demos, videos, and files, to wherever they belong:
- Between sections: drag an item from one Gallery, Carousel, Side-by-side, or Embedded Content section into another, or into an empty section.
- To another page: drag the item over that page's tab or entry in the side list. The editor switches to that page, and you can drop the item where you want it.
- Swap items: drop an item onto a single-item section that's already filled, and the two items swap places.
- Images and item lists: you can drag an image into an item list, and an item out into an image slot.
The canvas and the page list scroll automatically while you drag.
To copy a whole section instead, right-click it and choose Duplicate. To move it to another page, right-click it and choose Move to followed by the page name.
FAQs​
Why don't I see the Page navigation setting?
It isn't available in Choose Your Own Adventure playlists, which don't have pages.
Can I undo deleting a page?
No. Hide the page instead if you might need it later.
