April delivered major updates designed to help you reach global audiences, create with more precision, and present with total confidence.
This month introduces localized voice over for international markets, AI-powered chart editing for data-driven demos, and the ability to present entire playlists offline—no Wi-Fi required.

Here's what we shipped this month 👇
- Translated Voice Over: Complete the Localization Experience
- Chart Editing in AI Mode: Tailor Data to Every Prospect
- AI-Generated TTS for Annotations: Voice Your Entire Demo in Seconds
- Present Playlists Offline: Zero Wi-Fi, Zero Worries
- AI Mode Gets Even Smarter
- Folders in Media Resource Hub: Stay Organized at Scale
Translated Voice Over: Complete the Localization Experience
Walnut already supported translating guide text into multiple languages, but voice over always played in the demo's default language—creating a mismatch between what viewers read and what they heard.
With Translated Voice Over, voice over annotations now play in the demo's translated language, completing the localization experience across text, guides, and audio.
What you can do:
- Publish demos with voice over that matches translated text and guides
- Send a single demo to prospects in any supported language—no cloning per region
- Eliminate text-audio mismatch in localized demos
- Build once, deploy globally across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC markets
The result: True end-to-end localized demos for international sales teams. No more maintaining separate demos per market. No more audio that breaks the localized experience.
Important notes:
Existing demos require a re-sync to enable translated audio. Remove and re-add the target language from your additional languages list. New translations sync automatically.
Chart Editing in AI Mode: Tailor Data to Every Prospect
Data-driven demos often require tailoring charts to match prospect-specific metrics, trends, or narratives. Until now, editing charts meant dropping into code or rebuilding them manually.
With Chart Editing in AI Mode, you can now modify interactive charts directly through prompts—changing data, labels, colors, and text without touching code.
What you can do:
- Edit chart data and trends with prompts like "make the green bar 50% taller"
- Rename axis labels, funnel stages, and legend text via natural language
- Recolor chart series or retheme entire charts in place
- Update titles, labels, and inline text instantly
The result: Tailor charts to prospect-specific data in seconds. No engineering help. No design work. Just prompt and go.
Important notes:
Works on interactive charts only (Highcharts, Chart.js). Image-based charts can't be modified this way. Charts built with other libraries (D3, Recharts, ApexCharts) may not respond to prompts.
AI-Generated Voice Translation for Annotations: Voice Your Entire Demo in Seconds
Adding text-to-speech to demos used to be a one-by-one manual process—opening each annotation individually to configure voice over.
With AI-Generated TTS for Annotations, you can now add, remove, or re-tone voice over across your entire demo from a single prompt.
What you can do:
- Add voice over to all annotations at once, not one by one
- Remove TTS across the entire demo with one prompt
- Choose voice tone (neutral, upbeat, professional) in the same prompt
- Apply to specific annotations or the whole demo
The result: Voice an entire demo in seconds instead of clicking through each annotation individually. Faster creation. Consistent voice across demos.

Present Playlists Offline: Zero Wi-Fi, Zero Worries
Conference Wi-Fi fails. Customer site networks block demo tools. Field demos lose connection mid-presentation.
With Present Playlists Offline, you can now download an entire playlist before a presentation and run it with zero internet connection—same experience, same flow, no Wi-Fi needed.
What you can do:
- Download your full playlist in one click before you go
- Present your complete narrative offline, without compromise
- Show up knowing your demo will work flawlessly, regardless of Wi-Fi
- Engagement data is captured locally and syncs automatically once you're back online
The result: No more demo anxiety at events. Walk into any conference or customer site with total confidence.
Important notes:
This feature is available as an add-on. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it for your team.
AI Mode Gets Even Smarter
AI Mode continues to evolve as your creative partner inside Walnut. This month introduces new capabilities that make demo building faster and more intuitive.
What's new:
- Undo capability - Revert any edit made through the agent with one click
- Element selection - Highlight elements while chatting with the agent to guide changes
- Enhanced feedback - Visual and audio cues (including completion sound effects) show when the agent is working and when it's done
- Faster performance - Improved agent speed across the board for less waiting, more creating
The result: Less manual effort, more control. Focus on crafting compelling stories while AI Mode handles the heavy lifting.
Folders in Media Resource Hub: Stay Organized at Scale
As media libraries grow, finding the right asset becomes harder. A flat list of hundreds of images, videos, and files creates friction and slows down demo creation.
With Folders in the Media Resource Hub, you can now create nested folder structures to keep your media organized and easy to find.
What you can do:
- Create nested folder structures for images, videos, and other media
- Organize by campaign, region, product line, or team
- Find assets faster with intuitive navigation
- Scale your media library without the chaos
The result: Keep your growing media library organized as your team and content scale.
