About This Feature

With Deal Owner Notifications, you’ll automatically get notified when a prospect views a demo or playlist tied to your deal—even if you didn’t create the asset yourself.

Quick Start Guide

Set a Company-Wide Notification Default in Company Settings

🔐 You must be an Account Owner or Company Admin to access this setting.

1. Navigate to the Account Settings tab in Company Settings.
2. Under Notifications Enabled Notifications, click the dropdown menu.
3. Select your company’s default notification preference for demos and playlists.

Customize Notifications for a Specific Demo

⚠️ This setting overrides the default notification set in Company Settings.

1. Click the three-dot menu on an existing demo and select Demo Preferences.
   
2. Go to Access Control & Tracking Notifications.
3. Click the dropdown and choose your desired notification preference for your demo.
   

Set Notification Preferences for a Playlist

⚠️ This setting overrides the default notification set in Company Settings.

1. Click the Settings icon in your playlist.
2. In the Notifications section, click the dropdown menu.
3. Choose the desired notification preference for your playlist.
