Before you start
- Roles: each user with the “presenter” role and above can create Demo Playlists.
- Analytics: each demo within the Demo Playlist will be reflected in Walnut analytics, including demo insights, deals, CRM demo data objects.
Create Playlists
Playlists categorize and consolidate your creative work. Of course you can add new Playlists or edit existing ones.
See it in action
How it works
- Create a new Playlist from the Walnut demo library.
- Give your Playlist a title and description. Add as many sections and section titles as you want.
- Select the content items that you would like to add to the Playlist. These can include demos from your library, a file from your media library, or media from an external URL. You can edit the name and description of each demo without affecting the original demo content.
- Customize your Playlist style: background color, font color, rounded corners, and more.
- Adjust your settings. Show the welcome screen, let users explore content on their own, and define access.
- Click create to get a link.
- Need to duplicate a Playlist? Simply click on the 3 dot menu and select Duplicate.
That's it! Now you can view the Playlist and get the link or embed code to share it externally.
To upload media:
- Click on the 'Upload media file'
- Select the file you wish to add to playlist from your local library
- Save
To embed a media file:
- Copy the link of the media file you wish to embed
- Paste the link in the search bar
- Save
Video files can be up to 100 MB* - larger files should be hosted on an external platform (i.e Youtube)
Choose your own adventure Playlists
When viewers open the link, they will see a user experience welcome screen to select the demos they want in the order of their choice.
This can be found in your settings.
Customize Playlists

Customization options include:
- Font style, size, color
