This guide walks you through the process of setting up and embedding the Walnut Deal View in Salesforce. This feature is essential for teams needing a detailed and interactive view of their deals within Salesforce.
Adding Walnut Deal View component to the Opportunity page
Begin by navigating to the opportunity page. Open up the settings menu by clicking the gear in the top right corner and then select edit page.
Select Add Tab from the right hand panel.
In the newly configured tab, add a custom label and name it Walnut.
Drag the Walnut UI Canvas component into the Walnut Tab.
Set Action to Deal_View and Canvas Height to 848. Then click save.
Once this complete, the next step is to Activate and assign.
Click on Activation and select Assign as Org Default.
From there select desktop then next.
Review the new assignment and press save.
To finalize your set up, click back to close the opportunity editor page. From the opportunity page, verify that the Walnut Deal Intel component is now visible!
