Revolutionize your sales team's productivity by enabling them to effortlessly generate personalized Walnut demos with just a single click. Begin by seamlessly creating CRM variables within your templates, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency.
Adding CRM Variables to Templates
Select the text element within your template and choose the variable icon from the editor. Choose to configure your variable.
In the variable window, turn the Text value toggle on for Salesforce .
Select the source of the variable from the opportunity object the demo is connected.
The available source options are:
- Account
- Company Name
- Primary Contact
- Full Name
- First Name
- Last Name
Next, populate the Fallback field. This will ensure that if the variable is not successfully found in the CRM, there will always be a safe fallback option.
Hit to ensure the variable saves!
That's it - once the variable source is selected, it will automatically populate from the CRM anytime a demo is published from the template.
Important to Note 📝
- CRM variables can only be added to a text variable within Walnut.
