Using demo data, we aim to uncover and analyze any risks that may arise from demo activities linked to your deals. Deals Intel allows you to discover the opportunities with the highest engagement and identify the drop-off point for deals that went cold. 

Highlighted Risks

Once you've entered Walnut's Deals Intel page and selected a specific deal you will be able to locate the following risks:

  • Single-Threaded: This risk is identified when there is only one unique demo viewer associated with the demo views linked to a particular deal. Recognizing this scenario prompts a closer look to ensure diverse engagement.
  • No Demo Engagement: Lack of any indication of demo views specific to a particular deal signals a potential risk. This absence of engagement may warrant attention and intervention to stimulate interest or interaction.
  • Low Demo Engagement: This risk is flagged when only 1-2 demo views are associated with a deal in the last 14 days. Identifying low engagement levels prompts proactive measures to reinvigorate interest or address potential concerns.
  • Engagement Limited to A Single Stage: Identified when demo views are associated with a deal solely in a specific stage of the deal. Recognizing this risk encourages a holistic approach to engagement throughout the entire deal process.
