The Walnut Demo Library houses all of your demos and templates in one place. The library is composed of folders, allowing you to group your templates and demos together and thus ensure your projects remain organized.
The unified demo library allow users to manage who can view and or edit a folder and its content.
Managing your Library
Your Walnut library is composed of both templates and demos. They can be distinguished by their respective icons:
Templates | |
Demos |
Click to create a new folder within your library. Give the new folder a name and press done.
Once the new folder is created, select the demos and templates you'd like to add. Each selected folder will show this icon in the top left corner. Select
at the bottom of the page.
Select the folder you'd like to move the template and or demo to. You can toggle between the My Library and Shared With Me view.
Once you've moved the demos and template, you'll see the number count update. Click on the three dots on the right side of the folder to make edits, add collaborators, or delete it.
By adding collaborators to your folder, you will be able to ensure other team members gain access to the relevant templates and demos. You can add individual collaborators, or groups. Additionally, you can determine their different access type and limit it to edit or view only.
Users with view permissions will be able to only view the folder and all of its content whereas edit permission will grant edit access to the folder and all of its content.
Important To Note 📝
- Only Walnut admins and editors can create and manage Folders permissions
- Users with presenter permission will be able to move demos they created into folders shared with them, but will not be able to create folders of their own.
