Demo Customization

The Demo Customization process enables sellers to seamlessly create demos from shared templates. By creating a new demo link through a shared template, sellers can personalize demos for each prospects. Each demo link will be custom made so that sellers are not sending the same generic link for multiple prospects. Enabling a smoother process for creating personalized demos empowers sellers to take ownership of their prospect's demo. This ability enhances the overall selling experience by providing tailored experiences which can ultimately lead to more successful deals.

Customize your demo

From your home screen view, the call to action buttons on each existing template are
 Edit Template and Create Demos:

1. From inside the template view, the main call to actions are Share and Create Demos:
   
   
   
   By sharing the template link with your entire organization, each user will be restricted to their role. For example, an editor with a shared link will be able to edit the template whereas a presenter with a shared link will only be able to create a new demo.
   
   The create demos button leads to a landing page strictly for creating demo. From here users can:
   1. Preview the template
   2. See other demos created from the template
   3. Create a new demo with customized settings

The Presenter experience

1. Once a template is shared with a presenter, they will have access to the Create Demos landing page. This allows them to:
   1. Preview the template
   2. See other demos created from the template
   3. Create a new demo with customized settings

Q: Can I share templates with any user from my organization regardless of their role within Walnut?

A: Admins, editors and presenters can create a customized demo from a shared link. Their experience will vary depending on their role. For example:

• Editors and admins with a shared link will also be able to make edits to the template
• Presenters will be able to edit some of the template's content as well as create demos.
