Understanding the Super Admin view

Overview

The Super Admin view allows an Account Owner to see all storylines and demos in their workspace, including ones not shared with them. In the event that you need to delegate work, finish a demo if a colleague is away, or simply organize storylines and demos in folders, the Super Admin view can be toggled on to help find all storylines and demos. Sounds pretty great, right? Let's try it out!

Instructions

1. On the storylines or demos page, find the toggle on the upper right hand corner.
2. Toggle it on to view all Storylines or Demos in your company (depending on which page you are on).
3. When active, you can also use the search or tags to find a storyline or demo within your company.
4. With the Super Admin view toggled on, you can also make edits or archive any storyline or demo in your company.

How do I turn off this feature?

To turn off the Super Admin view, toggle it off on the Storylines or Demos page. 

Is this feature available to any other role?

Currently, it is only available to the Account Owner role, and since there can only be one Account Owner per company, it is only available to one person per company at Walnut.
