Overview
Inserting a demo into an email has never been easier with the Gmail add-on. Available simply by installing the Walnut extension, you will see a Walnut icon in your gmail composer to quickly access demos you want to send to your prospects! Best of all, you can search the demo you’re looking for by name, or filter the list of demos by those created only by you. You can also sort the list by demos with the most views, or your recently played demos. Want to start sending demos directly from your gmail inbox? Let’s get started!
Instructions
- Ensure you’re signed into the Chrome extension on the upper right corner of your browser window.
- Head to your Gmail inbox, and either reply to, or compose a new email.
- You should see a purple Walnut icon in the bottom toolbar of the email composer.
- Click on the icon to bring up the demos you have available to send; either demos that were created by you, or shared with you..
- Choose a demo from the list, or filter and sort the demos shown by default using the filter icon or sort by dropdown. You can also use the search bar to find a specific demo you might be looking for.
- Once selected, the add-on preview will close automatically, and you will see the demo linked in your email with a thumbnail preview.
- You can repeat this process and send multiple demos, or change the preview text that appears above the thumbnail and send your email on its way!
- Last but not least, you should see a 🪄 icon beside the Walnut extension in your composer toolbar which allows you to use AI to craft your entire email message! Simply click the icon to launch Nutty AI and you start crafting the perfect email to your prospect.
For a more hands-on walkthrough, we (obviously) have an interactive demo for you!
