Chrome Requirements

The Walnut Extension is always being optimized for the most updated version of Chrome.  If you experience any capturing issues when using Chrome, please first check that your Chrome browser is up to date.

Checking Your Chrome 

Begin by opening Chrome.  Select Chrome from the computer's menu toolbar.

In the About Chrome section, you will be able to see if everything is up to date. The system will inspect your current version.

If your chrome is not up to date, you will have an option to Check for Updates.Once it is finished checking for updates, it will prompt you to Relaunch to access the latest version.

Important to Note 📝

• If you don't see the Relaunch button, you are on the latest version already. You may also have automatic updates turned on.
• Once updated you should see a confirmation you have the most recent version
  

• Walnut is unable to capture page solely built off of JavaScript at this time, and only supports capturing the HTML and CSS of a page. If there is a specific page you are looking to capture, but the Start Capturing button is greyed out, contact support to discuss potential solutions.
