Use Presenter Notes to document demo talking points per screen and avoid forgetting to mention critical information and key features during your demo! Editors and admins can add notes to each template and thus clarifying the demo narrative. This is an excellent way to transfer knowledge and make sure sellers don't miss any details while presenting!
Adding Presenter Notes
Begin by opening the template editor. Then select the click on the icon in the top right corner.
This will open up the presenter notes in the bottom of the screen. There, you can write out any notes scripts that you would like to have available while presenting.
Formatting notes is similar to formatting guides. You can include images, videos, hyperlinks, and lists.
Click the button to use the help of Nutty AI to enhance your presenter notes.
Once you've added your notes, you can enter preview mode to see them. Clicking in the top right corner. There, you'll see a
button. Click this to launch the notes in a separate browser.
Your presenter notes will also be available when presenting the demo.
As soon as you've launched your demo, you'll see the following pop-up appear on the screen:
Once you select open notes, they will appear in a new window!
Important to Note 📝
- Presenter notes cannot be turned off, however if a demo does not include any, there won't be a pop up to prompt viewing presenter notes.
- If you share your template with others in your organization, they will be able to edit your presenter notes within the template, and view them when presenting.
- Presenter notes will not be visible to your demo viewers, unless they are a collaborator on the template.
- Nutty AI is powered by OpenAI. You are not required to use Nutty's text and can always come up with something. You can learn more about OpenAI here.
