Our integration with HubSpot allows you to integrate all of this engagement data directly into your workflow. This will make it super easy and practical to enrich your sales process with these key insights and allow AEs to follow up with extremely precise info about their prospects’ intent.
This will also help your team better manage and stay on top of their deals by giving you all the demo-related information in one place.
How to set up and enable Walnut and HubSpot CRM integration?
Only Walnut users with Admin permissions can enable the HubSpot integration.
On your Company Settings page scroll down until you get to the Integrations section.
Please note it’s also necessary that you have an available HubSpot user with Read permissions to companies, Contacts and deals, as well as Write permissions to contacts.
Tap Configure to start the integration setup.
Start with Creating a new authentication - you can choose a name for your authentication (this will be used to manage the integration in Walnut) and choose between Sandbox or Production environments. Pay attention that the Sandbox environment will be available only if your company has a HubSpot Sandbox, and the user used to authenticate the integration has access to it.
Approve the requested permissions.
That’s it, the integration has been set up.
To enable or disable the integration after the setup has been completed, toggle the on/off button.
To finish the integration setup, go back to your HubSpot CRM, and make sure Walnut’s notifications are selected in the Activity filters.
Pay attention - once you’ve enabled the integration, this will become available for all the Walnut users in your company, with no need for any additional setup from their side.
What will that look like?
From that moment, every user in your company that will create a demo will be able to connect the demo to a specific deal in HubSpot, in order to get updates directly in your CRM each time this demo is in use. Read more about it here ⬇️.
