  • Go to your Walnut account

  • In the menu on the left, you’ll find “Insights”

How do you know who viewed my Walnut demo?

We automatically identify colleagues from your organization through email identification, even if they don’t have a Walnut account.

How can I distinguish between colleagues who viewed my demo VS. customers/prospects?

On your left side you can filter the type of views

* We don't count them if you are the original recorder and watch your own video.

How often does my demo data update?

Instantly!

Can I track my demo performance over time?

Yes, you can, by using our time filter on the right side of your screen.

You have the option to track your demo insights from the last 7 or 30 days.

You can also track your progress in the summary table. There you’ll see green or red bubbles with your positive or negative progress. They represent the change in numbers compared to the timeframe you chose.

Engagement Insights

With Walnut, you can also gather information about your demos’ completion rates, top engaged viewers, and call-to-action conversion rates.

Who can access the engagement insights?

All Walnut users can gain visibility to engagement insights, which allows you to see:

  • Overview across demos - Track average completion rate, bounce rate, time per session ratio, and top visitors

  • Specific demo performances - You can track who viewed your demos, how long they spent, and their email addresses.

How can I know who are my top visitors?

  • Go to your demo overview

  • On the bottom right you can find a summary of top engaged viewers, the demo they engaged with, the time they spent, and the number of sessions.

How can I know which demo performed the best and where to improve?

Under demos overview at the bottom you can find a summary table of all demos (by last played) and see which demo is most engaging:

  • By sessions

  • By number of visitors

  • By time spent

  • By relevance (last played)

  • By completion rate

  • By bounce rate

How can I track the performance of a specific demo?

In the demo performance summary, just click on the demo you want to investigate.

A demo analytics page will open.

Here you can find:

  • Summary of demo performance

  • Demo visitors over time

  • Email of all visitors and their engagement with it

  • Which part of the demos were most engaging (under screens)

  • Which companies are most engaged
