November opens with playlists that adapt to every buyer. A Branching playlist asks buyers what they care about, and their answers set a completely different path through the playlist. And your AI assistant can now build a full Demo for you, from the outline to a published link, using the screens already in your library. Playlists, Deal Rooms and text variables can also be translated into your buyers' languages, and branding themes draft themselves from a website or a deck.

## Here's what we shipped this month 👇

- Branching playlists: one link, a path for every buyer ⭐
- A full Demo from your AI assistant, built and published
- Translations: Playlists, Deal Rooms, text variables, and Demos from your AI assistant ⭐
- Branding themes with AI: a theme in about a minute ⭐
- AI-drafted Intent Surveys ⭐
- Remove variables in one ask ⭐
- Copy custom elements, with their links, onto another screen
- Bulk remove and undo on allow and block lists

⭐ = you asked for this on our public roadmap.

## Branching Playlists: One Link, a Path for Every Buyer

⭐ You asked for this

A VP of Sales and an IT admin care about different things, but a playlist used to show them both the same sequence. Keeping a near-copy for every audience was the only way around it.

Now a Branching playlist asks buyers what they care about, and their answers set a completely different path through the same playlist. You lay the paths out on a canvas.

**What you can do:**

- Route each answer down its own path of demos, videos, documents and embeds, from one shared link
- Add a survey step so buyers rank topics and play the items they care about first
- Ask AI Mode to draft a branching flow from the items already in your playlist
- Preview every path as your prospect sees it before you publish

**The result:**

Every buyer gets a sequence built around who they are, and you maintain one playlist instead of five.

## A Full Demo from Your AI Assistant, Built and Published

Building a Demo from scratch took hours, even when every screen you needed was already in your library.

Now you ask Claude or ChatGPT for a Demo, and it builds the whole thing with you in the chat, from the outline to a published link.

**What you can do:**

- Answer two quick questions: how the Demo will be used and who it's for. Name a prospect and, if you've connected a CRM, call recorder or calendar, it suggests the answers for you
- Approve a short outline, one step per feature, built from your Screens Library
- Review the full plan before anything is built: the screens in order, the guide steps and the links between screens
- Get a Template and a published Demo, with linked navigation and guided welcome and closing steps, ready to share

**The result:**

A full, guided Demo for tomorrow's call, built from screens you already trust, in one conversation.

## Translations: Your Content in Your Buyers' Languages

⭐ You asked for this

Global deals used to mean a separate copy of every Playlist and Deal Room for each language, and variables that stayed in English inside a translated demo.

Now Playlists, Deal Rooms, text variables and Demos can all be translated with AI.

**What you can do:**

- Translate a Playlist or Deal Room in one run: page text, the Action Plan and the player interface
- Review and edit any translation inline before you publish; viewers pick their language from the share link
- Mark a text variable "Translate this value" so one demo serves every language (names and brands stay as they are by default)
- Ask Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent to translate a Demo, keep brand terms in English, and republish when it's ready

**The result:**

One Deal Room for the whole buying committee, in every language on the deal.

## Branding Themes with AI: A Theme in About a Minute

⭐ You asked for this

Building a theme for a prospect or partner meant hunting down hex codes and fonts and typing them in one field at a time.

Now you can paste a website link or upload a deck, and Walnut drafts the theme for you.

**What you can do:**

- Start from a public website or a .pptx / .pdf deck of up to 50 MB
- Get colors, the main font and the site icon filled in, with readability checked
- Review every AI-filled field, marked with an AI badge, before you save
- Nothing reaches your demos until you save the theme

**The result:**

An on-brand demo for every prospect, without the brand-guide hunt.

## AI-Drafted Intent Surveys

⭐ You asked for this

Writing an Intent Survey meant starting from a blank page and guessing which questions would surface real buying signals.

Now you describe what you want to learn from prospects, and AI Mode drafts the survey.

**What you can do:**

- Get suggested opening questions drawn from the demos in your playlist
- Let AI group your demos into 2 to 6 topics, each with a one-line description
- Approve the whole survey in one plan card, and undo it in one click
- Start one straight from the Homepage: "build an intent survey for our security buyers"

**The result:**

A survey that picks up buying signals, ready in minutes instead of an afternoon.

## Remove Variables in One Ask

⭐ You asked for this

Clearing variables out of a template meant opening every element that still pointed at one, and a leftover variable could stop a multi-language demo from publishing.

Now you ask AI Mode to remove them, and it does it in one step.

**What you can do:**

- Remove every variable, or just the ones you name ("Delete the Company Name variable")
- Keep what each element shows now as fixed content, so nothing breaks
- Confirm once in chat before anything changes

**The result:**

Clean templates that publish, without the element-by-element hunt.

## Copy Custom Elements, with Their Links

When several screens needed the same clickable areas, you had to redraw and relink each one.

Now you can copy custom elements onto another screen, and their links come with them.

**What you can do:**

- Shift+click to select several elements, then copy with Cmd/Ctrl+C
- Paste onto another screen with Cmd/Ctrl+V, in the same position
- Each pasted element gets its own link, so editing it never changes the original
- Undo the whole paste with one Cmd/Ctrl+Z

**The result:**

Consistent clickable areas across your Demo in seconds.

## Bulk Remove and Undo on Allow and Block Lists

Adding emails and domains to a Demo's allow or block list worked in bulk, but removing them still went one at a time.

Now removal works in bulk too, with an undo for your last upload.

**What you can do:**

- Paste a list or upload a CSV, preview what will be removed, then confirm
- Undo your last CSV upload or multi-paste in one click; entries that were already on the list stay
- Use it everywhere bulk add works: Demo settings, Playlist access settings and Company Settings

**The result:**

A wrong upload takes one click to undo, not an afternoon.
