## **About This Feature**

With **Deal Owner Notifications**, you’ll automatically get notified when a prospect views a demo or playlist tied to your deal—even if you didn’t create the asset yourself.

## **Quick Start Guide**

### **Set a Company-Wide Notification Default in Company Settings**

_🔐 You must be an Account Owner or Company Admin to access this setting._

1.  Navigate to the **Account Settings** tab in **Company Settings**.
2.  Under **Notifications Enabled Notifications**, click the dropdown menu.
3.  Select your company’s default notification preference for demos and playlists.

### **Customize Notifications for a Specific Demo**

⚠️ _This setting overrides the default notification set in Company Settings._

1.  Click the **three-dot menu** on an existing demo and select **Demo Preferences**.

2.  Go to **Access Control & Tracking Notifications**.
3.  Click the dropdown and choose your desired notification preference for your demo.

1.  Click the **Settings** icon in your playlist.
2.  In the **Notifications** section, click the dropdown menu.
3.  Choose the desired **notification preference** for your playlist.
