If you created a deal room before the deal existed, link it to the opportunity once it does. After that, the room shows up with the deal on the **Deals** page.

**Location:** **Deals** → **Unassociated deal rooms**

## **Find rooms without a deal**

1. Click **Deals** in the left navigation.
2. Open **Unassociated deal rooms**. It's listed under **Views**, next to **All deals**, with a count of rooms.

The list shows the deal rooms you can access that aren't linked to a deal, with each room's **Visitors**, **Sessions**, and **Last played** date for the last 30 days. Use the search box to find a room by name.

## **Link a room to a deal**

1. In **Unassociated deal rooms**, find the room and click **Associate with a deal** above its name.
2. Start typing the opportunity's name and pick it from the list.
3. Click **Associate with this deal**.

You'll see **Your deal room is linked!** The room leaves the unassociated list and appears with its deal in the deals list.

**Do I need to be an admin?**

No. Anyone who can see the room in the unassociated list can link it to a deal.

**Can I link a room to a deal when I create it?**

Yes. The **Associate with a Deal** picker appears while you create a deal room. See [**Create a deal room without an opportunity**](/help/deal-rooms/create-without-opportunity).

**What if linking fails?**

You'll see **Your deal room wasn't linked!** Try again. If it keeps failing, check with your admin that your CRM is still connected.
