## About

Admins can control **who is allowed to watch your demos** from one place —
**Company Settings** — instead of configuring access on every demo individually.
Set a workspace-wide **allow list** or **block list** once, and it applies to all
published demos automatically.

:::note[Who can do this]
Only **Admins** and **Account Owners** can edit workspace access lists. The lists
apply globally to all demos in the workspace.
:::

---

## Allow list vs. block list

| List | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Allow list** | Only the listed viewers can open your demos — everyone else is denied. Use this to restrict demos to specific customers or internal teams. |
| **Block list** | The listed viewers are denied access; everyone else can view. Use this to keep out competitors or specific domains. |

You can add either **individual email addresses** (`jane@acme.com`) or **whole
domains** (`@acme.com`) to either list.

---

## Set it up

1. Go to **Company Settings → Account settings**.
2. Find the **Demo access control** section.
3. Add email addresses or domains to the **Allow list** or **Block list**.
4. Save. The rule applies to **all demos** immediately — no per-demo setup needed.

:::tip
Because these lists are global, you don't need to repeat access rules on each
demo. Set them once here and every demo inherits them.
